Credit / Debit Card
$0.50 per transaction + 3% of the total amount due. For transactions over $100, the fee is 3% only per transaction.
Disconnect Exemption
To be exempt from Madison County Utilities disconnects, payments must be received before disconnect day.
Re-connection Charges
Re-connection charges cannot be paid online.

All new service customers must be prepared to present proof of identity in the form of a picture ID and proof of ownership or lease of location for new service.

Should Madison County Utilities District encounter rock during installation of service, the customer shall be charged the actual cost for the rock removal.
